Wow. So, it's post-Christmas. I was very surprised and enthused about several of the presents I received, and the presents I gave to others were well received. I also spoke with my friend Chandler who lives back in Boston and that made me happy. I miss that bastard. Why he decided that he had to move as far away from me as he could is beyond me. It's been a year and a half already! Far too long. He's happy back there in the freezing weather though, so I'm happy for him.

When I get back from visiting my family I think I'm going to treat myself to a couple presents that I didn't receive. There's a pair of Ben Sherman sneaks that I want and then there's the Infinity TSS-1100's that have been calling my name for months and months. Ever since visiting my nerd friend's house (he has a wicked home theater) I've been lusting for upgrades to my current home theater setup. Oh well. The cogs of capitalism keep turning. All must be right in the world.

Well, I felt kinda bad about only posting about the cosmetic update to the site, so I thought I'd post more.

I think I would probably post more, but the fact of the matter is that I type all day. Every day. From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. 5 days a week.

It's not that I dislike my job. Far from it. I love my job, but the all-day typing really cuts in to my desire to use my computer/post comments on my blog when I get home. Of course, I have been guilty of posting from work once or twice in the past (look at when each post was made for example), but still.

So Christmas is only two days away. In the spirit of American Consumerism, I purchased all of my friends and family numerous gifts. I was pretty good this year too. I was done with my shopping by last weekend, I shipped off presents to my friends that live far away on Monday, I've wrapped all of the presents. Yes, I think that overall, I did very well. Now I just have to make it through a week with my girlfriend's family and my own family. It's not that I don't love them all dearly, but a week straight of 'family time' is just a bit taxing. Best behavior and all that.

So, that's probably the most about me as a person I've shared yet. I think that's enough.

Hey hey! An update! I liked this new template that was offered, so I thought I'd make some random cosmetic change to my website. Now if only I'd post more...

Why is Wilco so good? I've been listening to Summerteeth/Yankee Hotel Foxtrot/A Ghost Is Born almost non-stop for a month now. Y.H.F. is so good I could cry.

They need more albums.
