I want to upgrade my iPod headphones to a pair of nice, Sony earbuds. They look like they'll be more comfortable and the cord is a foot longer. As we all know, length is everything.

On the whole, I think Apple is doing an amazing job tearing the money from your pocket with all of the "must-have" accessories with the iPod. I look at the FM adapter, travel kit w/ charger and the protective belt-clip sporting dock supporting carrying case and I know what it must be to be a 14 year old Japanese schoolgirl in a Sanrio store. I just lose it. I have to have that crap like a smack junkie has to have his next fix.

I'm not kidding.

If it weren't for my crushing sense of buyer's remorse on any and every purchase I make I'd clean out my friendly neighborhood Apple store.
